Top Tier: Cap is cake (1/2 sports ball and 1 6" round), top is cake board covered with fondant, wording is edible paper/ink and tassel is fondant (made with clay extruder). Bottom Tier: 9" is covered with fondant and sliver dots, and "diploma" is edible paper/ink on gumpaste.
