Jungle themed cake for my little cousin's first birthday! All accents and animals are fondant. I had some major fondant issues with the top and middle layer which was Satin Ice fondant. It cracked horribly and I did my best to cover the worst parts with accents and characters. It turned out pretty cute nonetheless, I think, and the birthday girl, mommy & daddy, and the guests seemed quite pleased with it!
