The bottom 8" tier is double layer chocolate cake with buttercream filling - the top 6" tier is double layer golden yellow cake with buttercream filling. All of the icing and cornelli lace detail was done in an ivory tinted buttercream. The copper roses were done in royal icing and accented with edible gold dust.
