This is my favorite groom's cake ever. The cake is ganached and surrounded by dozens of chocolate strawberries. The fire chief's car on top is a Franklin Mint collectible. The main part is the dalmatian puppy in front of the cake! It's made of chocolate cake and is all buttercream.
