Gerber daisy cake. Bees and butterflies from Mich Turner book. First time flooding with royal icing. Mini-cakes were cut from a rich dark chocolate cake. Unfortunately, it was a moist, but very crumbly cake. Had huge amount of issues with crumb coating the buttercream. Buttercream would not stick to cakes and ended up having to freeze before coating. Definitely need to use a different cake recipe. Other than bulges in mini-cakes, very happy with results.
