Stuffing is breadpudding. "bones" are gum paste. Cake covered in fondant & painted with brown food coloring. Green beans & butter are fondant. Potatoes are frosting. Peas & onions are green M&Ms & white hard candy. Sweet Potatoes are papaya. The mini cake is pumpkin. And the mini peanut butter cups and chocolate turtles are ice cream toppers. Cranberries are marichino cherries the juice thickened with some cornstarch. Gravy is caramel sauce. melted butter is just yellow food color. The leaves around the turkey are fondant. The baby pears and cumquats are real, I just coated them with super fine sugar.
