I made this for a little boy's 1st birthday. The theme was football and the colors were orange and green. I made the football and goalpost on top out of gumpaste as well as the #1. The name, footballs, helmet, and pennants were made out of fondant. The cake was done in buttercream. I piped a green swirl border with orange stars.
