This was a buttercream cake accented with fondant gerber daisies. It turned out beautifully and unfortunately is was my first cake-tastrophe. It fell over in the van while I was delivering it. . .of course I delivered fully assembled. Was able to fix it to some degree (lost the whole bottom tier and had to replace it with another 8" round purchased from a reputable bakery). AAAHHHH!
