This isn't actually a wedding cake it's being made for a wine festival in southern California but I couldn't find a place to put it. The cake is a recipe I made out of dark coco with cabernet wine that is out of this world delicious . The filling is cabernet , mascarpone cream cheese and whipped cream. It's covered in Coco MMF. The grapes and leaves are made of MMF and gumpaste mixed. The cake plate is an old oak wine barrel top that was made into a lazy susan that worked perfect for this cake.
