I wasn't too into taking this class but in the end I am happy I that I did as I enjoyed learning the flowers, ect. Just not the fondant! LOL! I had a HORRIBLE time with this cake preparing for the class due to a lot of factors (doing it at midnight one of them). I wouldn't do a layered look again but do like how the flowers and the leaves turned out. Very simple, but what a pain in the patooty!
