These cakes are practice cakes from Course 2, 3rd week. I made these for a birthday party for my mother in law. The top cake was chocolate cake w/buttercream icing and the flowers are made of royal icing. The pink cake is vanilla and the same bc icing and royal flowers that were made in class. The botttom cake design came from a napkin and plate that I used to serve for her birthday, I was pretty happy with the way it turned out.
