This is a chocolate cake with fresh strawberries and cream filling made for and with my niece who is a huge fan. Covered in chocolate fondant airbrushed black. Hands and apple are fondant cut outs hand painted. Words are pin transfers then hand painted. For my first closed book I thought it came out decent! I am a CSM and as always, Thanks for looking!
