I made this Cake for my Daughter Ireland for her first Birthday and I thought it turned out well. I would have liked a lighter purple but trial and error is ok!! I made it with Martha Stewarts Star shaped cake pans and the towers are stacked cookies with waffle cones on top. The Stars are made of Laffy Taffy rolled out and cut with a cookie cutter.
