Caramel mud, with chocolate ganache and chocolate fondant. This was a practice cake to get sharp corners and stencil work. Not happy with the stenciling, and it bled. Bow, bibbon and pearls were made from modelling paste. Should have just done the bow with criss cross ribbons like a parcel. Anyway, wanted to practice different teqhniques, critisism welcome!!
