I was ordered this snowman but wanted to make it look completely different, so I decided to make a chocolate fondant snowman cake, which I haven't senn before. It has a kind of eggnog bath poured, ( we call it coquito punch and it is made with cocconut milk, evaporated milk, condensate milk, egg yolks cinammon, vanilla and rum). At my son's workplace they called the snowman Obama. Wonder why...
