I know, nothing fancy, but it was a nice change from the colorful kiddie cakes that I've been doing lately. Chocolate fudge cake with raspberry chocolate whipped ganache filling, whipped ganache top and borders, and fudge buttercream icing. It was nice to make something and concentrate on the flavors and not how it looked... and no pink icing! lol
