This cake was created for a surprise engagement party held on Valentines Day. The base of the ring box is 12 inches square. The entire cake is decorated with fondant, the flowers are hand sculpted with gum paste. The inside of the cake is chocolate chocolate chip with chocolate ganache buttercream.... yummy and romantic!!!
