Graduation Cake -Psychology Major
This is only the 2nd cake I've ever done, but it was one I did for my sister in law, she graduated with a degree in psychology, and wants to be a psychiatrist...oh and she loves penguins and turtles. I wasn't too happy with my red book because the fondant was giving me problems, but all in all I thought it was pretty good. All cakes covered in fondant, scroll is gumpaste and edible marker, figures are gumpaste also. The graduate loved it, so I guess thats all that matters.
