This is a cake I did for my Grandmother's 85th birthday. It was close to Christmas so I did a poinsettias on it. The cake was covered in Buttercream then decorated with Wilton gel and ribbon, and the numbers are gumpaste and shimmer dust. She absolutely loved it.
