Well, one thing is for sure ... this cake will definitely taste better than it looks. My idea sounded good at the time ... poured chocolate ganache which is supposed to drip down the side, not in clumps! Not sure what i did wrong. Anyhow ... this is a heart shaped chocolate-cappuccino-sour cream cake with chocolate icing, covered in red fondant and topped with chocolate ganache and strawberries.
