Tried out cornelli lace on choclates and cake for the first time and my new (small) ruffle tip #86. WASC cake with Strawberry Cream Cheese Icing and Strawberry Cheesecake Mousse Filling with bits of fresh strawberries. Molded chocolate hearts.
