this cake was for a clients 60th birthday.....it is a 1/2sheet cake cut out to a stirofoam shape that you get when u order chicken wings. the "chicken wings" are made of rice krispies that were hand shaped into chicken wing shape and covered with colored gumpaste and brushed with a combination of glaze and piping gel colored to a orangish brown color. the "celery" is colored gumpaste.
