This is the last minute cake I did for a luau party at our winter park. I should have given myself some extra time, as this one was a bit rushed. Thanks to everyone who sent me tropical flower info...Cake was six, 6" red velvet cakes, butttercream icing/filling and fondant accents/face/flowers. Bottom round is foam dummy.
