My engagement cake, was getting practice for doing my wedding cake. Chocolate mud cake with chocolate ganache layers covered in sugar paste. The bears holding out the engagement ring are out of dodgy royal icing... I was happy with the overall outcome although sugar paste did not cover very smoothly.
