A smaller tiered cake, 8" 6" & 4", each as a gift and set them offset. The bottom tier has snow flakes etched into the fondant, painted with edible silver dust and then dusted with luster dust. The middle tier is a marbled gold and dusted with gold luster dust then gum paste holly leaves and berries were applied with royal icing. The top tier is marbled green with crushed green sparkles. The bow topper and gift tag are gum paste. The cake is chocolate fudge with vanilla meringue butter cream.
