This is my second wedding cake and originally I was scared that the gal who ordered it didn't want a 'normal' cake. I hadn't tried anything like this and to top it off it was for my mom's best work friend, so you can imagine the pressure! The cake's were chocolate and strawberry, and it was frosted with almond buttercream. I owe credit to this site for answering my many questions, and the hundreds of tips given. All in all I think it worked out great!
