Of all the Christmas cakes I have made this one is my absolute favorite:) Two layer 12" square cake. You cut out a corner of one layer & set it up on top. The bottom layer of cake is completely iced (in buttercream); the next layer is iced seperately then added to the base and finely the top tier is placed. Royal icing snowflakes; The horn ornaments are handmade from gumpaste as are most of the poinsettias. The two in front are created from waferpaper:) The tree is an ice cream cone.
