This is my first stacked cake and I'm really happy with how it turned out. It is red velvet with a crusting cream cheese frosting so I was able to smooth it out to look like fondant which is what I wanted. Gumpaste stars painted with edible silver and edible glitter. Plaque and turquoise stars from colored gumpaste. My friend was so happy when she saw it she cried... not bad for a free cake! Now I just have to work out how to get paid for these...LOL.
