I made this for my manager who was promoted to another office. It's my first cake including cookies as decorations but I was pleased with how it turned out. Three layers of chocolate fudge cake with bc icing. No fail sugar cookies with royal icing. Found the idea in a Wilton yearbook in the Easter section.
