all of the flowers are made with royal icing. Some of the daisies are made with gum paste. The rest is buttercream. I made this to practice some techniques and use up some of the flowers I had left over. I didn't know how to catagorize this cake, it could be an anniversary cake.the cake actually went in the garbage when I was done. Thanks for looking!
