Bouche De Noel Or Yule Log Cake
This cake is dark chocolate sponge rolled with german chocolate coconut pecan filling and frosted with chocolate rum fudge icing. It has been dusted with powdered sugar for a snowy effect. The mushrooms are marzipan and the holly is red raspberries and fresh mint from my garden. I have also done this with chestnut mousse, and it is also fabulous!
