The top and bottom 2 tiers are white and middle two are choc. My first wedding cake covered in MMF. I liked covering the cakes but I didn't like the shine that MMF has, I might buy fondant for the next wedding cake to get the matte finish. I hand painted the "swirlys" and the wording on the MMF with black food color thined a bit with water. Also used black MMF to make the bands. GLAD IT'S OVER!
