I made this for my sister's 35th birthday. She requested leopard print and loves Disney World. Both cakes are DF, bottom one frosted with choc BC, hat has Paula Deen's fudge frosting, choc BC and poured ganache. I made it in the Wilton ball pan and only used half, so guess how I know that hat is a chocoholics dream. Ears are York peppermint patties. Letters and candle holders are candy clay. Bow is fabric to save time and match board. Thanks to all CC Minnie Mouse hat cake makers for inspiration.
