Inspired by ShirleyW's beautiful cakes and made as a thank you for the woman whom picked up the La Girolle Cheese/Chocolate ruffler for me in Switzerland this cake is a double chocolate layer cake filled with Orange BC (also crumb coated using orange BC), iced in poured dark chocolate ganache and decorated with Swiss Choc. ruffles, half dark and half white. It was a bit rushed as I was working on a few other cakes as well, but overall I'm happy with its turnout.
