This cake was awful! Chocolate on the bottom, and peanutbutter/choc ice cream on top. I then stupidly attempted to cover it all in buttercream! Buttercream does NOT stick to ice cream! Never again.... By the time I had it delivered, it was melting through, but they loved it.
