This is my first decorated cake in about 30 years. I took the Wilton class when I was 10 years old, I was the youngest student there. And they made those scary clowns back then too! ;-) So, here it is....I made it with dutch process cocoa, so it wasn't what I expected, but everyone loved it. I need to work on getting my icing level on the top. I'm learning a ton here! Thx!
