I just love all the mini cakes made by "Satin" here on CC....this is my version of of a football player in a helmet. I used the mini doll pan, and all BC for decoration, the feet are sugar cookies iced with Toba Garrett's Glaze which I love because it takes color so well (you don't need a hole bottle of black or red!!!)
