This was covered in MMF and decorated with Gumpaste Callas. The bride presented a picture to me and this was my version of that cake. She loved it so I'm happy. Flavors are alternating, Strawberry or Butter cake with Pastry Creme filling. Strawberry layers are iced in Whipped icing and the Butter cake is iced in Buttercream.
