I made this golf themed cake for a friend's 40th birthday. I tried to model it after a particular hole on his favorite golf course. I made everything but the golf cart and flag at the hole. The cake is covered with buttercream, the trees are sugar cones covered with buttercream, the bridge made from gum paste and the rocks are rolled fondant.
