This was a cake requested for a bridal shower. It's covered in black fondant over buttercream icing and decorated with royal icing and edible pearls. For the monogram, I shaped flower wire and then covered it with royal icing and edible pearls. The flowers were made to match ones that will be on the flower girl's dress which happens to be her daughter. They are painted with pink lustre dust.
