This was my first fondant attempt ever! I think it turned out great... I made MMF for the tail and added luster powder to it in contrasting color. Used whipped cream frosting for rest, made blue look like waves and pressed sugar candy seashells, etc..... this was for my triplets 5th birthday party.. I made two of these and one shark cake (I have 2 girls/1boy)
