This is the cake i made for tomorrows luau. Bottom is white cake middle is strawberry top choc. all covered in bc icing and all decor is fondant,(except doll and silk flowers on top. I still cant get the smoothing down just yet. geez this is like cake 12 ,..maybe someday soon! lol I kinda screwed up and did the bottom and middle cakes in same size pan,...duh......so when i got them out of freezer and started to arrange them i realized what i did,..sooooo i turned the middle layer square,...oh well!
