I made this for a church service auction. The lady who won the cake said to just do a big 8 for her son's birthday. How boring! I found out he liked the outdoors, so I made the 8 look like grass and added fish ponds, gummi frogs and gummi worms. The dirt around the edges is just sprinkled brown sugar.
