This was made for a 7-year-old's birthday, with only three games left at the "old" Yankee Stadium *sniff*. The person who requested this wanted it to be a light chocolate buttercream. I stacked two 9x13s and then carved the top layer into a horseshoe. I used fondant for the field, signs, and cars; nonpareils for the crowd; and buttercream for the rest. Everything was fine until it started to fall apart...How poetic is that?!
