This was my most difficult cake ever....I couldn't get the fondant logo cut out smoothly, so I ended up just painting the darn thing on the fondant! I wasn't thrilled with it, but while setting up this and the wedding cake, all the guys were drooling over the helmet cake and paying no attention to my nice wedding cake! Go figure....guys. Glad they didn't notice the flaws that I did....Ha!
