Just got back from visiting my husband's grandmother and she shared her carrot cake recipe. Thought I would give it a try and send it to the fire station with my husband (I use them as my guinea pigs). Icing is a decorators cream cheese frosting found her on CC. So far the guys love it, but the only downside is the icing is too rich. Any suggestions on how to tone down cream cheese frosting so it's not so rich would greatly be appreciated. TFL!!
