Thanks to everyone who did this cookie/ganache cake before me. I wanted a cake that wasn't toooooo girly to take to work (I work with all men). The flowers were there because my spun sugar wasn't quite large enough. Chocolate espresso cake with cream cheese kaluah frosting.
