This is a cake that I made for my brother for his birtday. He has just had knee surgery, so the cowboy figure has a knee brace. I made the rim of the hat with mmf about 4 days ahead of time, which was not nearly long enough for it to dry in this humid weather. If I did it again, I would make the rim earlier and add some gumpaste in with the mmf.
