Choc cake w/mocha buttercream icing & choc. ganache w/fresh rasp & mint garnish. Strawberry cake w/fresh strawberry buttercream icing garnished w/freshly picked strawberry slices & mint leaves. Gingerbread cake w/lemon buttercream icing garnished w/home made candied lemon peel & mint leaves. DH made this stand for me. totally blew me away how wonderful it all came out. :)
