O.K, this cake was also a short notice cake - had 2 days to do this, and the first time doing a sculpted face, second time doing a sculpted cake - lol This is supposed to be Mr Nelson Mandela - as it is his 90th birthday tomorrow, my sons school asked me to do the cake for their celebration, he wasnt so fat, but the cake settled down a bit more, now he has a double chin - lol, rich moist chocolate cake, all features, eyes etc made from fondant/gumpaste.
